- Born in 1913 Elizabeth, New Jersey to a Captain of the Eagle Union Navy, William Fredrick Halsey and Anne Brewster.

- Single Child

- Her father fought and served during the Great War. During which he served with distinction and would later survive. Going on to earn an honorary discharge from service.

- Both parents still alive.

- Grew up on and around the sea for much of her life. She very much loves sailing and spending time out on the water. Feeling more at home there than she does on land at times.

- Attended the Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD.

- Would serve with distinction and quickly rise through the ranks following the beginning conflict with the Sirens.

- Earned her position as Fleet Admiral after hostilities erupted between the Eagle Union and the Sakura Empire.

- She was stationed at Pearl Harbor during the attack.

- Would become later become appointed as Supreme Commander of the Azur Lane (Allied) forces against the Sirens, and later Ashes after showing her skills against the forces of the Sakura Empire.
